rest of the USA (we rank 10th for using public transportation and 6th for walking to work!). As usual, Lexi played her part perfectly.
What the article really did not discuss, is the sheer delight you can experience being all alone in the sanctity of your vehicle. To my New York friends: I am sad a little bit that you do not get to experience this delicious dose of privacy. Until urban planners understand that piece of psychology, all the mass transit ideas will continue to get less than stellar adoption. Maybe commuter trains should offer private cars?
