Here is a basic handwrap, 2 times around the wrist, 2 times around the fist, between the fingers 3 times, 2 times around the wrist, once arond the thumb and finish by going down the forearm and back up to the wrist. Some people more on the fist but I have weak wrists so you decide what works for you.
