Now istead of custody,(thank God) they only have to endure weekly visits at the prison Kansas a madatory SHARED PARENTING state- not even prison of rape of children can stop his rights to equal decision making in the 'rearing of his children.
we have a long way to go before victims can ever come close to 'rights' that are given to the perps of such crimes.
