Rocketboom. With a BA in Philosophy and MFA in Design and Technology, Baron has recently taught graduate and undergraduate classes at Parsons in New York City. Previously, Baron directed tech classes at MIT, was co-creator and owner of Movements Gallery on Austin's 6th St, played in numerous bands including Julia Set and created basic and machine language BBS programs for the TRS80 and TI99/4A, saved as audio signals on cassette tapes and phreaked at 110 baud with 5 digit codes. If you have made it this far, you might also be interested to know that Baron threw-up Masala Dosa swimming in the Arabian Sea during a Monsoon in 2003 and Rode on top of a bus with chickens and luggage for 15 hours up a mud road through the rainforest of Guatemala during a rebel guerrilla uprising in 1992.
