Speaking at the University of Delaware's Global Agenda series on climate change, the president of Shell Oil Company, John Hofmeister, outlined his firm's "12-point plan" for what he called "energy security," and answered questions about Shell's operations in Myanmar and Nigeria, as well as questions about the oil industry's investment in alternative sources of energy.
