Once your in they carge 299.00/month just to have a website. These guys are taking money from poeple that dont have money. I make my money in real estate so 5000 6000 thousand dollars here and there whow cares but some people thats all they got. Do not join this program if you think you're going to make money, you will not, the guy on top make all the money.

Why exactly do you believe the Reverse Funnel System to be a scam?? I could not disagree with you more. How much marketing did you do? The fact is if you actually go out and market, the Reverse Funnel System converts sales at a rate better than anything i have ever seen in my career of marketing on the internet. I have marketed a multitude of products and programs successfully online for sometime and i have never seen anything that even comes close to this in terms of converting sales. People who fail with the reverse funnel system are the ones who are not consistently marketing and driving traffic to their sites. If you do not know how to market and get traffic, of course you're not going to succeed. However, if you market and actually drive solid amounts of traffic back to your site, you WILL make money. It converts better than anything i have ever seen. My business partner Jonathon put a video together showing the data of his conversion rate...i'll find it and post it for all of you to see.

I bought into this system only to find out the promises made are not being fulfilled. There is no specific guidance on how to succeed, your uplines will not help you or even return an email, Ty is nothing but a "front".
Now, having said that- the Global Resorts Network opportunity is a very sound opportunity with a great product- unfortunately the RFS is not focused on that at all. The claims of how easy it is to make sales with RFS are just that- claims. I personally drove over 20,000 targeted hits and opt ins to my site- and did not get a single, solitary sale.
There is a better way. I found a team with real support, real tangible leads to help get you started, and real integrity. If you love the product (which I do- how can one not like a travel package where you can buy 4-5 star resort vacations for 10- 30% on the dollar!), don't give up just because of the RFS. I'm going to check out the site, because I have been a little frustrated so far, but I'm only 1 week into the Reverse Funnel System. I have to tell you, my upline has been very helpful with some Web 2.0 advice. I just think the competition for Unique visitors to your RFS has become huge. You have to be creative and aggressive to make it work, and I think people will be searching for a team they can count on to sign up with.

jwilliamson- I can help you if this does not work for you. I am just one of three in my group thus far that the RFS did not work for. I think you are likely right- the saturation point has probably already hit for the "beach bum" approach (speaking from over a month experience, myself). I took a risk and "doubled down"- but I am glad I did. The problem is not with the Global Resorts product- it is with the hype and overpromises that RFS does not deliver on, unfortunately.

Like Matt said...REAL ENTREPRENEURSHIP comes down to marketing. Period end of story. People who complain and say systems are scams, or businesses are scams are really just people who have no idea how to build a real business.
SCAMS are shut down by the FTC. Global Resorts Network has an insanely valuable product, backed by a 21 year old company, and in one of the largest and most time tested industries in the world...DIRECT SALES.
3000 years ago people were doing direct sales. They are Still doing it today. The only difference is marketing EVOLVES and people create system like The reverse funnel system to automate the building of a direct sales business.
It's that simple. people who don't succeed are people who don't market.
And to the guy that drove 20,000 visitors, that sounds like a load of crap man. I have over 50 people in my organization and I see ALL of their stats. Steady and consistent lead capture rates, paid surveys, and a CONSISTENT 30% paid survey to automated sale. We see it all across the board.
The weakness of RFS is that people need to much hand holding, and its simply not possible to offer that level of support on a company wide scale. That's why its' important people either take the task of becoming a REAL marketer very seriously themselves...or find mentors who can show them how to professionally build a business.

I attached this last e-mail from Ty Cloughlin as I thought it interestingly inappropriate and crude for any business to approach potential employees, partners or clients in such a manner. The main website is filled with superlatives and simply ridiculous promises and examples of successful people. For most people a Ferrari or Mercedes are not immediate needs, although for the purely materially oriented folks, this might work.. However, his ad leaves lots of questions and doubts, it expresses such a gaudy, gross level of communication.
I am a successful CEO myself of a large children's organization - nothing to do with sales! However, in reading about GRN, I was interested as I know many people who would love to hear about such opportunities. This is pretty rediculous. RFS has only been around a bit over 2 months. In that time I've made 33 sales myself. But LOOK at this number... my TEAM has generated over 130 sales in that SAME time period.
Why?
It's because the system duplicates when you are taught how to properly market it. We've created so many different resources to pipe in good quality traffic, it's rediculous. Of the 33 people on my team... most just getting rolling... a full 18 have made sales within the past month... of those a full 10 have made MULTIPLE sales already.
The fact that some amateurs from other teams CONSTANTLY seek out RFS related sites (because we get them ranked high in engines and thus WE are attracting traffic [real marketing skill] but they come to RFS sites to promote their "hand out" systems is a joke and a true testiment to the "ethics and competence" of their marketing.
If their "system" was any good they wouldn't need to "parasite" on rfs sites... LOL it's comical, the desperation for sales...
Listen people... if you NEED "guarantees" to call yourself an entrepreneur... YOU are ONLY faking it. You're really just looking for a "business mommy"... hey great go sign up with them... become a glorified telemarketer and don't learn squat... they just feed you a couple sales from a rotator and then cut you loose anyway... what's the real gimick??

I've spent the past year learning about marketing online. I came from a profession that was as far from sales as possible. I figured it would be best to learn as much about marketing online to minimize the risk.
Four, yes 4, weeks ago, I got involved with the Reverse Funnel System. Yeah, I knew a little about marketing online, but I'm still a newbie. Three weeks later, I had 5 sales with this system and I never talked to a person. This system closed the sales for me.
But, if I never drove consistent, highly targeted traffic, those sales never would have closed. I never would have had the opt-ins.
It amazes me the people that attempt to market something online, try 1,2, or 3 ad sources....see no results, and then blame the system, team, or product.
My gosh people.....I've come to the conclusion that there are more people out there that just want someone ELSE to give them money that there people that are willing to do what it takes to earn it themselves.
Marketing online takes a CONSISTENT effort. I've never met Mr. Budd, never talked to him, and have never purchased anything from this him. But this I do know...this guy has the realm of online marketing figured out.
The RFS works for newbie marketers and experienced ones alike. I know....I'm a newbie marketer. Anyone that says anything differently simply wanted a lottery ticket instead of sweating a little.

Everyone wants freebies, garantees in a business because they donot treat as business but waiting on Ty to give them everything. Sorry guys it does not happen in a real world. IT is not a scam or scheme. IT has a product. Common, Reverse FUnnel System is a marketing system for Global Resorts. If you want to be on phone all day dealing with deadbeats and the ones who want to talk to you and never join then choose something else. What he promised he delivered. He delivered the product, the system that can sell Global Resorts Package. Global Resorts vacation package is excellent I agree but without proper marketing system is hard to sell. I did it the old fashioned way and I had bad results.
You know Chad you can drive 20000 hits to the site from bad advertising sources. IT is about quality traffic. We have people on the team make sales with 30 leads and sometimes it takes 150 leads to make a sale. There is no garantees in the business. Some people offer them and they attract people who are not serious and waiting on charity contribution.
Ty delivered the system that converts. He did provide with good advertising database, training and I used to spend on the phone hours before RFS launched. My advice is to stop TRASHING everything someone put together and respect other people work. IT is so easy to criticize and be guru and start comparing everything. Instead start working and stop complaining. Professional business owners respect competitors and even enemies and from what I see here there are few left.

My oh my, it looks my objective comments have riled some folks. Sorry if my facts get in the way. But there are a lot of people who are wasting money and not getting what is promised by all the RFS "claims". That is factual. I have no enemies, so please do not go there. I hope everyone that goes with the Global Resorts product succeeds. As they say, buyer beware, folks. Dissenting views that are based on objective business experience are not wanted- perhaps that is a red flag for you to consider?
This is not my first rodeo- I have been in business for myself for almost two decades. Unfortunately, there is over a 95% failure rate in this industry- and I simply do not want people to end up failing. There are a lot of different ways out there to succeed- to categorize people who are looking for a better way in life as "deadbeats" is pretty harsh. I do not have a single "deadbeat" in my organization. Most have prior business experience being self employed- and prefer a solid approach with their own tailored websites to marketing a beach bum website that everyone else has and acting like they are someone else's "assistant". It may be personal preference- but if I am going to spend time helping people build their business- I much prefer taking a little time prequalifying them personally to see if we have a good value fit. This is a challenge with the alternative marketing method- they never speak to a prospect- perhaps even after they have joined! (that is not just from my view folks- I have heard it from hundreds and one of the reasons the proponents of RFS get a bit touchy on the internet is that it is well documented.)
I have not a single enemy in this business. I happen to be a successful businessman and care about others who desire to build a business on their own. I have learned you gain by helping others. That is my single focus. By the way, folks, I would never resort to name calling or saying that you were a negative person... how could I? I do not know you nor you know me... just a thought. you know... the author of this thread originally was exposing the RFS- and then some on here claim it is "their thread". Facts are that there are a lot of promises made in the promotional material of the Reverse Funnel System that are never actually presented. 6-7 income streams, multiple conference calls with experts from the internet marketing, commodities, real estate and numerous other industries, and specific counsel on how to advertise. Most unfortunate that these items are promised and yet are not actually there. The good news is that there is a wonderful product and comp plan. There is really no reason to hype it.
For the record those of you accusing me of "trolling" on an RFS might want to go back and read the author of this thread's position. This thread is not about the wonders of RFS... sad that you actually take that position and attack others for sharing information.
I've been watching this forum off and on for some time now because I'm trying to figure out exactly where I've gone wrong with my RFS marketing. After a month and $3K in advertising costs, (not to mention all the free ads and free video posts) I have had exactly zero sales. I have had 5 of the $50 paid leads, but not one of them had the funds to even pay the start up costs; let alone cover the cost of their own advertising. I even took a week's vacation from my full time job to study as much as I could about online marketing. I was into this thing 110% from the beginning. In fact, my initial plan was to reinvest my first 5 commission checks into more advertising.
One of my other concerns is the amount of competition on the web. Competition can be great, but too much is not so good.
On Jonathan's Youtube video he shows one of his members having one sale, but if you look closely to the screenshot that person had already spent $1,300 in marketing. That first sale is a qualifying sale for which this member earns no commission. So, $1,300 spent with no return. Is that something to brag about? Sure, because most people will not see past the surface. Do your due diligence before jumping in with RFS. You can join any team within GRN and still use the RFS anyway if you see fit.
And by the way, do not think for a minute that any team is going to train you everything they know about online marketing. That's exactly what I was told and thought I had received the guidance I needed from the RFS training. Boy was I Bamboozled!
$3.9 Million paid in commissions: That's 3,900 total sales, yet only 100-150 people are listed in the RFS back office on the "Made at least $1,000 last week" list. And for the most part, the names are the same week in and week out.
Also, I have to say.... I agree that this thread was not highjacked by cbates. Exactly the opposite, read the original post at the bottom of the screen.

I have been researching this heavily and here a lot of talk and see a lot of sites but I would like to see some real verifiable checks and real verifiable history on Global Resorts Network.
From what I have researched so far is that the "Reverse Funnel System" from Ty Coughlin is just a big EXTRA charge page for the Global Resorts Network. And a poorly designed one at that... it looks like all those other standard create a website in 5 minutes out of the box sites and it is very misleading.
At least GNR (Global Resorts Network not Guns N Roses) is a site about a supposed product. I haven't found out if the service is real and sells like everyone is saying it does because the internet is FLOODED with everyone trying to take every keyword good and bad for these two site/revenue systems.
The Reverse Funnel System REALLY looks like a scam to me from how it is designed, talks not about a product, has a billion cloan sites with diffent url names (yes I realize this is how you are supposed to do it and drive traffic to your version of the site) but you can't even customize and fix the LAME standard page.. you have to show Ty sitting on the beach with that terrible page?
Not to mention the deception... you pay $50 to answer a questionaire about your motivation to THEN find out it's gonna cost you $299 a month to THEN find out you have to buy the $3000 Global Resorts Network premiere package.
300 a month for a website is huge! FOr that crappy page? Over $3000 a year? Why not just join the GRN? Are they one and the same company? Funny they seemed to launch on the net at about the same time.
I would love for this to be legit but the fact that I had to dig through so much crap whooplah with people claiming big profits but no one showing checks or clickbank ect... it bugs me. Also they WANT the money transferred from your BANK account or a money order ect when you sign up for the $3000k... that is scary. Why no credit cards or paypal or clickbank? So you can be protected and get your money back and freeze payment if this is a scam.
I have seen some doctored photoshop images that have also made me less than gung ho on this.

I talked to Chad Bates a couple days ago, and he backs up what he is saying. I am getting the GRN product for vacations, and help some friends and others if I can market online. I sell Insurance Online, and if a system is good, it will produce if you apply it. "The Reverse Funnel" is a RIP OFF!! Why would you need to spend $300/month to pay for Ty"s drinks? By the way Mr. Budd, if you are such an expert, why do you not back it up by giving people your phone number and talk to you? Wow it is amazingly surprising how much misconception there is out there regarding the industry.
Please do your homework more concisely on the industry you only have one reputation although you might be able to make some money for a few months or even a year, serious break through companies only come around every 10 years or so.

And we are building a team of serious business builders who actually will talk to people to determine if there is a good fit as we will be spending time with these people to help them succeed. Goodness, Jonathon... you are the only one that is posting negative posts or attacking people here. The other comments are not directed at you personally, unlike you do to others. They are directed towards the vast amount of representations in the RFS literature that are simply never fulfilled. The 6-7 income streams, the 6 major brainstorming sessions with industry leaders and multizillionaires from internet marketing, real estate, commodoties, MLM, etc etc etc. It is not your fault those things are not provided- but the fact is they aren't. You want to know what is powerful? Powerful is calling one of your downline and telling them you just placed a sale below them to help them get going. Powerful is including everyone on your team in a Rotator of initial free advertising campaigns in a multi dimensioned approach using online and offline extensive, diversified campaigns to help them not become a fatality in the industry. And Jonathon, my friend, you have no idea that I have over 18 years of entrepreneurial business experience and have founded 6 different companies (including an Inc 500 Company). I do not criticize you personally as I do not know you. Instead of doing the same to others, perhaps you might reflect on your negative posts? And you are the one that has tried to hijack the entire thread touting the merits of the RFS. Perhaps you should look at the title of the thread and the initial post? All one needs to do is look at numerous forums across the internet to realize there are a lot more people who have had a bad experience than people who have succeeded.
We have a very basic philosophical difference. Our team provides real support and mentoring. We want to talk to prospective team members to insure they will do what they need to do to learn to build a business- it simply is not in us to just take $2995 from someone not knowing if they are willing to work the business.
One thing we can agree on. GRN is an excellent product and has an excellent compensation plan.
By the way, Jonathon. We offer free training calls several times a day- including webinars- not just conference calls. Free professionally prepared splash pages that are tailored to the individual. Free mentoring on marketing techniques. Free inclusion in our Rotator to help them get started. And, yes, even a free back office with enormous resources instead of paying about $ 300 a month. So, we are most happy to compare and contrast. We provide all of this to help our teams succeed. With this compensation plan if we focus on that we will be rewarded for it also. And our numbers are right on our webpages- so people can talk to us any time.

Let me tell you that just because Chad is not happy with the results of the RFS, and speaks of his true experiences, does NOT mean he's being negative. I know that Chad truly cares about the success of each and every member that join GRN - regardless of which "system" they use. There are amazing teams being built with GRN - with or without the use of the RFS for marketing purposes. I personally agree that you're limiting your market by using the RFS. Jbudd says it himself, this system is based so that you should not have to talk with prospects. Well, I'm personally building a business that includes other BUSINESS people, not "catch them by excitement" people who pay and then fail because they're not experienced. Any "real" business person will want to speak with a person before becoming their business partner - wouldn't you say? So I guess this is where the fork meets the road...
If you want to market a business where you attract those who don't want to do any "work" for their business, and depend solely on the shirtless beach bum to make their sales, go RFS.
If you want to attract like-minded business people who are dedicated to learn and succeed - then don't use the RFS, market yourself!
Either way, attacking people with opposing experiences with the RFS is immature and certainly don't help with anyone's credibility.

You have to realize...no one was attacking anyone. If you go back through this thread...what you will find is Chat Bates came in here originally, and started BASHING reverse funnel system.
Now, I don't know about you, but if someone came in and started bashing the system you are using and having tremdous success with, then started saying it doesn't work, then started saying that we are all greedy people who don't care about our teams, and then started touting themselves as this caring, "we give everything to our team" and none of these reverse funnel system people do...type of person...how would that make you feel?
The fact of the matter is, chad may be a nice guy, but he certainly is profiting off causing fear in people, spreading false lies about this system, and false lies about the people who promote it.
It's clear why he does that. Because he's trying to recruit all these people on his own team. To me, he's blatantly full of shit. :)
And that's all I have to say about that.
I don't have a doubt in my mind that the people who really want what the reverse funnel system has to offer will get it.
People who want automation...will be attracted to the reverse funnel system.
The top internet marketers in this industry are promoting the reverse funnel system, because it's the most scientific internet marketing funnel that can close $3,000 items that has ever existed.
And you don't need to talk to a single human being to do it.
While you may want to have to close prospects on the phone...I assure you...the 95% group of people that CAN NOT close prospects on the phone or doesn't want to...is SICK of home businesses where that is the only way you succeed.
So I truly wish you all the best of luck, and I see no reason why anyone is even in this thread other then to pitch people on your team and your opportunity and do that by attacking what all these people are actually interested in.
What I wouldn't like to see...is people join yet another opportunity where their success comes down to how well they can call a prospect and close them on the phone...which is what YOU'RE offering to them.
I'd much rather see people plug into proven marketing tactics, drive targeted traffic to a system, that closes people for them.

I am a new member of Jonathan's RFS team...with NO prior experience in network marketing whatsoever. Let's take a closer look at the information.

So: Chad bought another membership to be part of this "better" team.
Fact: Anyone can join as free affiliate and if this "team central" is worth their weight, then why would he have had to?
Think about that.
Chad could have signed as a free affiliate, rolled 2 sales up and then have been qualified. So Chad... why would you re-invest 3,000K into another team. If you guys really had the resources you claim to on your team central site, then you would never have had to pay. They would have "rotated" you and had your new account up and running immediately.
So how many sales has he made and how many has his team made? This business is about hard numbers. Can't find that info anywhere Chad. Perhaps you would like to share with your audience just how many sales you have made.
FYI TO ANYONE: If your up line won't tell you how many.. chances are they don't have a clue about what they are doing.

You are right Chad, enough said. There is a certain amount of skepticism and fear that people have when looking at this business. Please don't prey on that.
