For a little change of pace, the evening's topic was the a hot new sport called paddle boarding. In studio with Paul were Roch Frey, triathlete and born again paddle boarder, Brian Scymanski and Matt Friedman from North County Paddleboards. They interviewed 6-time Molokai to Oahu champion Jamie Mitchell, who went 4:48 for the 32 mile crossing this year, an amazing accomplishment.
