Submarines find Nemo and gourmets find food How long should you wait to go in the water after eating? Michael Jordan, food and wine maven and manager of the award-winning Napa Rose restaurant, discusses the 2007 Disney's California Food and Wine Weekends and tells the story behind his sommelier training program, which has resulted in Napa Rose having more Level 1 sommeliers than any restaurant in the world. Then it's off to the submarine lagoon in Tomrrowland, where veteran Disney Imagineer Tony Baxter draws on his many years at Disneyland to reveal some behind-the scenes secrets of Disneyland submarines, both past (the original Submarine Voyage of 1959 through 1998) and present (the new Finding Nemo Submarine Voyage opening in June 2007).
