aggressive act. Fight clubs, or bum fights are not considered FUN, or validated, unless the acts are caught on video. Has WATCHING become an funny aggressive act? Should parents just say no, and send their kids outside and play!
Are there solutions to these growing trends? Is media-watching the problem? No. Media is not the problem, it is the kinds of media being manufactured and consumed. Promote and support personal, healthy media. Grow your own. There are too many other important kinds of stories to be told.
