November 22-24 2008 Wwoof?My very first Wwoof host, a natural living school in the heart of Japan, Nagano, a warm welcome with lovely traditional food. Yoshida, Seiko & Yuto became my family away from home. Next day I started to look for my inner Maki Man, chopping firewood in a beautiful mountain area. Yuto became my teacher in learning the steady easy flow of being in work instead of the Western way of working towards results. The music is from a female friend I met that day..
