The proprietor of Mama Roa's Restaurant on 11th Avenue in Brooklyn decided to expand his successful restaurant and bakery to the adjacent building which was gutted completely and redone to match existing style of current restuarant. Work included new foundation work, custom woodwork, installing new iron stairs, new HVAC system and heating system. We also did a total renovation of 2 rental apartments above the new restaurant extension. We finished this job in early spring 2007.
