New (video) iPod

My new video iPod came today!

(NOTE: I HAVE to try and get QuickTime working so that my vlog can be iPod-able, but I'm having a REALLY rough time creating QuickTime movies. This vlog is my most recent (painful) attempt ... please let me know how your experience show more...
