Last night El Museo del Barrio celebrated its 15th birthday with a party at Cipriani's. So Fabiola Beracasa got her party dress on and hit the cocktail hour with a video crew. The theme was Quinceañera, the Latin version of an American sweet-sixteen party. Simon Doonan dressed for the occasion in an insect-patterned shirt, which he explains is very tropical and therefore Latin. Nicole Miller donned vintage Galliano which made Fab (and us) swoon.
